A phone number you can answer
We send the confirmation code there, and it is how your agent reaches you.
A straight path from choosing your phone to owning it outright, with nothing hidden in the middle.
Pick the smartphone you want from the models we carry.
Make payments daily, weekly or monthly, on the plan you agreed.
Finish the plan and the phone belongs to you outright.
Browse the phones we carry and open the one you like. Each phone shows its cash price and what the instalments come to for every payment frequency and plan length we offer. Those figures are worked out from that phone's actual price and our published terms — but they are indicative, and they are confirmed with you at a PataSimu shop before you sign anything.
The form asks for your full name as it appears on your ID, your phone number, and — if you want to save time later — your ID number and email. You tick a box to say we may hold and use those details, and that box links to our Privacy Policy so you can read what we do with them first. It takes a couple of minutes.
We text you a six-digit code and you type it back. That is the only check this website performs, and all it proves is that the number you gave us is a number you can answer.
Your application reaches a person. Nothing on this website decides whether you can have a phone — there is no automatic decision, and we do not conclude a credit agreement online. An agent calls you back to arrange the rest.
At a PataSimu shop the agent checks your ID, goes through the instalment agreement with you line by line, confirms the exact figures, and takes your deposit and the security fee. You sign there, and you leave with the phone.
Payments run on the frequency you chose — daily, weekly or monthly — for the length of the plan. Your agent sets out how to pay when you sign, and keeping ahead of the schedule is always allowed.
When the last instalment is paid the plan is complete, any supervision on the device is removed, and the phone is yours outright. There is nothing further to pay and nothing further to sign.

Bring the original to the shop. Your name on the form must match it.
Both are worked out from the phone's price and shown to you before you sign.
Your agent confirms how payments are made when you complete the agreement.
A phone bought on instalments is being paid for while you are already using it, and management software on the device is part of how that is made possible. It stays there for the length of your plan and comes off when the plan is complete.
While you keep up with your payments the phone works normally — calls, messages, apps, camera, all of it. If payments stop, the device can be restricted until the account is brought back up to date. Your agent explains exactly what that means for the model you are taking, and it is written into the agreement you sign.
